It arrived in just 4 days, and the package was very well packaged. Assembly took about an hour. My first impression is that it's a fantastic bike, very sturdy, well-built, and very comfortable to ride, even on uneven terrain. I recommend it without hesitation.

The motor assistance is incredible, the display is very clear, the low-slung design and well-cushioned seat make the ride easy and enjoyable, even after not having ridden a bike for several years. I recently started taking longer trips; the PAS (assisted pedal assist) mode is very smooth, the brakes are very responsive, and riding this bike makes me happy.

highly recommend this electric bicycle, as I'm only 162 cm tall and getting on and off a regular bike is always difficult. The value for money is unmatched... it looks super cool, it's very solidly built... delivery was super fast... the customer service is exceptional, top notch. live in a hilly area and cycle about 40 km a day for fun. Thanks to the wide tires, I feel safe on forest trails and country roads; I rarely fall. This is my first e-bike, and the first rides on the hilly trails and in the woods were fantastic.

The workmanship is excellent and very reasonable for the price. The package arrived in perfect condition, with some foam padding for protection. After quick assembly, there were no defects to be found. Over the weekend, I rode my bike into town to meet friends, and I think that riding 100 km in PAS mode would be no problem. My friends also repeatedly complimented the bike's beautiful green paintwork.

Very comfortable – the saddle is comfortable, and both the saddle and handlebar heights are adjustable, so family members can ride the bike too. The battery, including the key and charger, is very easy to use, the gears shift smoothly, and the display is clear.

The bike was shipped in a very sturdy cardboard box. The screen is large, very clear, and easy to read. It has a fairly sturdy rear rack and some storage space, including a bike bag for grocery shopping.

The functions are extremely efficient, and the frequencies are also very potent. Comes from a technical point of view, the construction of components is of high quality.

Finally, i've got my F20PRO and after building it up in less than one and a half our, I enjoyed my first ride. For me, it is a nice bike, strong enough engine, and it makes fun to ride it.

Since my trunk is quite large, I don't need to fold the bike in half, just the handlebars. I chose the F20pro model, so I can lift it and put it in more easily.

When we received it and assembled it, my first reaction was, "Oh my God, what a monster this is!" I was a little worried it would be difficult to handle. Now, on the contrary, I'm completely thrilled. It's powerful and has many safety features; everything has been carefully thought out, and the quality is excellent. This "monster" is incredibly powerful and offers a lot of fun. Everyone who sees it gets excited and wants to try it.

You have traveled 80 km, and you still have a five battery bar.

The size is a little larger than I expected, but it fits perfectly thanks to the adjustable saddle and handlebar height; it's truly designed for comfort. Its tires are wide and, regardless of the uneven surface or the presence of rocks, they maintain a firm grip on the ground. I bought the green model; the color is fantastic, and in a short time it has already attracted a lot of curious and interested glances.

The longest distance I've ridden in one go was 36 km in level 1 pedal assist (PAS), and the battery still showed as fully charged on the display.

There was a small hiccup with the logistics delivery, but luckily, I eventually received the F20pro I ordered. I assembled the eBike that was delivered relatively quickly. So far, I’ve ridden over 300 km, and everything is perfect. It rides incredibly well, and its wide tires provide great stability while riding. For this price, getting such a high-performance bike with a powerful battery, I would recommend the Bodywel F20pro to anyone who needs an eBike!

The quality is excellent, assembly is easy, and riding is fun. I'd been looking for a 20-inch e-bike for a long time. After comparing it to another Bodywel F20 model that also interested me, the F20pro was the only one that suited my needs better, with more adjustment options and greater practicality. Incidentally, delivery was very fast and on time! There was a minor issue during the test ride, which the support team resolved quickly.

For me as a camper, this is exactly what I wanted, and the price is very reasonable. I bought two to keep in the camper van garage... so far, I've ridden about 150 km... no issues
